Pics Tawny Kitaen Feet and Legs Julie Ellen "Tawny" Kitaen (August 5, 1961 - May 7, 2021) was an American model, actress, and media personality. Her career in acting on television started with Malibu (1983) and California Girls (1985). Also, she starred in Gwendoline, a comedy character in the Land of the Yik-Yak (both 1984) as well as Bachelor Party (1985). Kitaen was famous for her appearances in heavy metal music videos like Ratt's "Back for More", Whitesnake "Still of the Night" and "Is This love" (all 1987). Kitaen also appeared on reality television shows including Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew (2008) and The Surreal Life (2006), which detailed Kitaen ?Ts problems with addiction to drugs. Julie Kitaen was the youngest of three children, born in San Diego in 1961 to Linda Kitaen (nee Taylor), an actress and a former beauty pageant participant and Terry Kitaen who worked for the neon sign industry. Kitaen's mother is from Scottish and Irish heritage, and her father was of Russian Jewish origins. Kitaen was raised Jewish. Kitaen started using the title "Tawny" at the age of 12 years old, and on her own initiative. [6] As a child she struggled with dyslexia, which led to her to drop out of Mission Bay High School. 7 years old, she was at the age of 14, with backstage passes following the Peter Frampton concert at Balboa Stadium,[8] she experienced the privileged treatment given to Frampton's wife Penny and wanted to be a part of the same for herself.
